Scott founded Reliant Fire Apparatus, Inc. in October of 1994. His interest in Fire Apparatus started in 1977 when he joined the Cedarburg Fire Department. During his time with CFD Scott was a firefighter, EMT, vehicle operator, lieutenant, and captain.

Jason began working for Reliant in the summer of 2005. Jason is a UW-Stevens Point graduate who majored in business management with double minors in economics and sociology. During his college career, Jason enjoyed being involved in team sport activities as part of both the UW Football and UW Lacrosse teams.
